- PAS 128 Utility detection, verification and location surveys – a robust system of buried utility surveying that draws upon a qualified surveyors knowledge combined with technique and the latest technology
- Land / Building surveys – the creation of maps & drawings that accurately depict the features of a development site or building
- Mobile Ground Probing Radar (MGPR) surveys – the ability to gather mass data from beneath carriageways without the need for traffic management systems
- Drainage Connectivity & Levelling – establishing drainage type and condition and potential for contaminate source, route and receptor.
- CCTV inspection – the means to collate visual data from inaccessible / confined space areas
- Desk Top Search – collating site specific information prior to a full investigation taking place.
- Data Management Services – producing 2D / 3D and revit drawings, supported by written and video reports.
Surveyors are certified in Forecourt Contractors Safety Passport, Gas Network Safety Passport, Highways Authorised, CSCS, etc.
