Training & Support Analyst – Ireland

KOREC specializes in delivering cutting-edge survey, site positioning, and mapping solutions to the construction, survey, and GIS markets across Ireland and the UK. As industry leaders, we collaborate with global distributors such as Trimble, EagleAg, Wingtra, and more to provide GNSS, Total Stations, Laser Scanners, UAVs, and Survey/GIS software solutions.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join us in the permanent role of Training & Support Analyst. This position involves delivering training and technical support on our geospatial and construction solutions to KOREC customers. This is a field and office based role as part of a team that covers all of Ireland.

When not visiting customers the role will mainly be based from KOREC’s head office in Dublin. While the role does allow for working from home the ideal candidate will be in easy commuting distance of the Dublin office.

Requirements

Qualification in Survey/Mapping or Construction/Civil Engineering fields (or similar) is advantageous. Knowledge/experience of the survey/construction/civils industry would also be an advantage although not strictly necessary. The successful candidate will be provided with full training on all products supplied by KOREC.

The successful candidate will be organised and motivated with an aptitude for problem solving and handling IT issues. The ability to work as part of the KOREC team and to communicate well with customers is key to the role.

Driving license required due to travel requirements; a car is provided with the role.
