Regional Sales Director – Southwest

Job Description

Regional Sales Director 

As the Regional Sales Director for the Southwest region, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, driving growth and excellence. This pivotal role directly reports to the UK Sales Director and is crucial in expanding our market share and strengthening our presence by leveraging strategic insight and leadership skills. You will shape our sales strategy and execution in the Southwest, ensuring alignment with our national objectives.

What We Are Seeking:

• Significant experience working in a sales role within the Survey & Mapping industry is preferable

• A proven track record in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth

• A hands-on sales manager who leads and coaches by example

• A strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills who can manage and grow key accounts in the Southwest

Your Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership and accountability for sales results in the Southwest region.

• Manage, train, and mentor direct reports to drive regional plans for achieving sales targets.

• Set objectives for the sales team and monitor the performance of sales consultants and pre-sales support staff.

• Remain actively involved in sales activities within the Southwest, including attending meetings and product demonstrations.

• Undertake direct sales activities as and when needed to support the sales team

• Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales plans; prepare presentations, reports, and price quotations.

• Continuously update knowledge on company products, services, and competitive landscape.

• Work closely with marketing to enhance brand awareness and support marketing activities in the Southwest.

• Reinforce KOREC’s corporate image through participation in marketing events, aligning these efforts with the company’s cultural values.

• Engage with professional organizations (e.g., TSA, ICES, RICS) to raise KOREC’s profile by contributing to technical committees and participating in industry events.

• Work in alignment with the Group Leadership Team to develop strategies that foster growth across all KOREC business areas.

• Participate in training as required to maintain and enhance skills and competencies.

• Comply with all Health and Safety regulations to protect the interests of all stakeholders.

• Embrace sustainable practices in sales strategies and operations to contribute to environmental goals.
