Marketing Manager – UK & Ireland

Job Description

Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate the KOREC brand. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with our business goals, drive customer engagement, and enhance our market presence. This is a hands-on position where the successful candidate will manage a small marketing team while actively executing our customer-centric strategy.

Location: UK-based role with marketing responsibilities for both the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand visibility.

• Leadership: Inspire and coach team members, fostering a high-performance Group Marketing department.

• Department Management: Oversee the department, manage external agencies, and ensure the team meets agreed KPIs and stays within budget.

• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the KOREC brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our core values and messaging.

• Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate, nurture, and convert leads, optimizing the marketing funnel to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

• Outreach: Manage a team of Business Development Executives conducting customer research and direct outreach.

• Customer Engagement: Ensure a high level of customer engagement and measure customer satisfaction.

• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and enablement teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Performance Analysis: Track and report on the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data to make informed decisions and necessary adjustments.

• Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our products and services while engaging with customers.

• Content Creation: Supervise the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, blog posts, and social media content that resonate with our target audience.

• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the geospatial or technology sectors, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
