Land Surveyor
Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using a variety of surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Performing boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking surveys with precision and accuracy.
- Analysing survey data and preparing detailed reports, maps, and drawings using CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices while working in the field and on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in land surveying, including fieldwork and data analysis, preferably in the UK.
- Proficiency in surveying software such as LSS, N4CE, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Trimble Business Centre.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
