Our organisation is governed by an elected Council, with elections held every year. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in this year’s Council elections and we are delighted to welcome four new Council members. These new Council members are all highly experienced surveyors, with many years of experience and high levels of expertise.
They include Glenn Lickman, CEO and Founder of Encompass Geospatial Ltd, who was actually co-opted to Council last summer, but has now been elected for a three year term. The other three new Council members are Stuart Gilling, Managing Director at Malcolm Hughes Land Surveyors Ltd, Adam Sneddon, Director, Greenhatch Group Ltd and Ross Macaulay, Head of Survey, Plowman Craven Ltd.

Rachel Tyrrell, CEO of TSA, commented,
“We are absolutely thrilled to announce four new Council members. All four have already demonstrated a huge amount of commitment to promoting and improving the work of TSA across a wide range of areas.
“Glenn has spent the last few months tirelessly representing TSA at events up and down the country, delivering CPDs to client organisations. Stuart is particularly dedicated to promoting our work among young people, making sure they are aware of land survey as a career, as per our important vision statement. Adam has been vocal about the importance of making our profession more inclusive, which is a subject very close to my heart. Ross shares the concerns of many of our members about equipment theft and is keen to prioritise effective means of combatting it. “
Although elections are only held once a year, we want to encourage members to get involved in the work of Council at any time. To find out more, please contact us at office@tsa-uk.org.uk.
