About Storm Geomatics Limited
Storm Geomatics Limited was established in December 2006 to provide survey deliverables throughout the UK for water-based projects.
Storm Geomatics have a policy to invest in staff training and leading technology to provide quality survey solutions efficiently and cost effectively. Directors of the company have over fifty years of survey experience in fluvial watercourses, still waters and coastal surveys. Specialising in water-based surveys has allowed the business to fine tune its field operations, and provide deliverables that integrate seamlessly into their clients’ software systems.
GeoRiver® is a software application that has been designed for river surveyors and hydraulic engineers who use geospatial data to create a model of the watercourse to simulate its behaviour.
Surveying staff are fully trained for the testing environments they face and are continually reviewing safety equipment and safe working practices.
Storm Geomatics have adopted TSA’s Continuing Company Development (CCD) scheme to ensure the growth of the business in all areas.
